Additionally, its planned location, the Tullis Toledano Manor site adjacent to the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum, complements the estimated one billion dollar Harrah's development - Margaritaville.
The Maritime & Seafood Industry Museum plans to reconstruct a world-class facility that encompass approx. 40,000 square feet of exhibit/gallery space for high-tech interactive displays, mini conference & meeting rooms, a community performing arts theatre, a unique national attraction entitled - “Into the Storm”, two Hurricane memorials, United States Coast Guard Memorial Pavilion, and state-of-the-art summer camp facility.
